About

I forget a lot.
I move through my days thinking about what’s next, what should be different, what I haven’t done yet.

And still — life keeps happening.

Morning light stretches across the floor.
Trees keep standing.
Breath keeps arriving.

Sometimes I notice. In those moments, the world feels thin, like a veil has lifted just enough to let me feel what has been here all along.

When I do, I leave a trace — the way it felt to be there.

These are glimpses.
Not lessons.
Not instructions.
Just moments I almost missed.

And sometimes, the thoughts that pull me away from these moments find their way here too.

I leave them here for myself, and for anyone who needs a gentle reminder:

The moment is still here.
It always is.
Waiting again and again.
